HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE SHIPMENT?

Average, We confirmed shipment and doing the process in our facility within 5-7 business days after your order was placed. 
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, the processing may delay.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping costs may vary depending on the total price that you purchase. 
We charge a basic shipping fee of $5.99 on orders that are sent to the United States.

The rest of the world will be charged $7.99

All orders over $59.99 will get a free shipping service. 

Once you complete your order with the delivery address, the shipping cost will automatically update and display in the total charges.

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

Yes, we can arrange shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, and Taxes

Craftisum does not collect Taxes for all products.
Items shipping to the US are shipped with DDF (Delivered Duty-Free)
Then we are not responsible for any CUSTOMS and Taxes may apply during the shipment within the US.
If may, any fees after delivery within US occurs, are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damaged products or lost packages during shipping

We will well pack all products before sending them.
Even though, products may still be damaged during transit.
